A Beautiful Donation to a Wonderful Cause
Every year for approximately 10 years, Jennifer S. has made and donated to the UNB Reds, a beautiful pink quilt for the "Shoot for the Cure Think Pink" fund raiser. Here is 2022's version.
Jennifer said "Jeff and the UNB Reds are doing an online auction again this year as are all the universities across Canada to raise money for Breast Cancer research. If anyone would like to visit the site and bid, it is as follows

In the first two years, Jennifer hand quilted these herself but has since had the volunteer help of Joan B and Evelyn M who provide the batt, thread and the machine quilting. What wonderful assistance to receive to keep this yearly tradition going.
This is a lovely gesture that I'm sure the UNB Reds appreciate. So spread the word that tickets are available for this charming quilt with proceeds going to a great cause - and our fellow guild members can add that you know the quilt artists personally.
