DRUNKARD'S PATH BLOCK/PILLOW

ATTIC WINDOW WORKSHOP

NEED:

                1/4" foot (for seams)

                quilting rulers (for measuring 2 1/2" squares & others)

                Thread

                Marking tools

                Regular quilting equipment

FABRIC:

                For Window

                Sashing (bottom, side, outer border)

FABRIC CUTTING:

*main fabric - windows- 4 @ 11"x13 1/2" (cut from panel or preferred fabric)

*bottom of window 2 @ 2 1/2" x WOF strips of darker fabric.  

            Sub cut into 4 @ 2 1/2"x11" strips.

                                2 @ 3" squares.

*sides of window    2 @ 2 1/2" x WOF strips of lighter fabric.

           Sub cut into  4 @ 2 1/2" x 13 1/2" strips.

                                2 @ 3" squares.

*borders 4 @ 2"x WOF Strips of a medium/dark fabric.

            Sub cut into 2 @ 2" x 28 1/2" top and bottom borders.

                                2 @ 2" x 30 1/2" side borders.

We will be making 4 blocks.  If you wish to make more blocks or add more borders you must have more fabric.

Feel free to come and just make one block so you can see the technique.
