Hello ALL;
Our first meeting of the year is just around the corner, next week, September 21st.
The following is important information from our workshop committee.
Hello Cotton Mill Quilters!
Your workshop committee is ready for the new year. At the September meeting we will pass out a sheet with meeting dates and workshops.
We are focusing on small projects and demonstrations. At each meeting we will have a Mini Mystery Project plus a main project. Also, you can work on your own items or quilt on the comfort quilts.
This year we will have a Binder Project: we will be giving you handouts on various items such as quilting info, patterns, etc. There will be a sign up sheet for this project so we will know how many copies to run off. A quilted binder cover is the September workshop. For supplies and pre-cutting instructions, see below. You can still do the binder project, and receive the notes, if you wish to do your own binder or folder on your own.
For the Mini Mystery project for the September meeting, see below for supplies. You will need your sewing machine for this project.
Also, if you would like to attend our mini retreat on November 4th and 5th we will have a sign up sheet and will be collecting the $25.00 to cover the costs.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email or phone the committee members.
