The first meeting of 2015 was held Monday morning and was chaired by Joan Baldwin. It was a short meeting with business, notes of thank you read, a report on available fabric and help needed from Charity Program Head , Barb Elliott, as well as a few tips given by Joan B on how to prepare your quilt for the long arm quilter.
The meeting portion of course was followed by Show and Tell which follows below. Many folks had made items prior to Christmas, but the works were given away, so the Show and Tell was also short! Thankfully a few industrious souls had some items to share.

Following S&T, many members stayed to sew their Block of the month blocks...despite the COLD outside! Great day to sew with friends. Jennifer S and Joan B led the group.

Beautiful Show and Tell. I love that Barb Elliott quilt. She showed that before. I think her sister made it. And I like the Broken Hearts Quilt.... just sweet. Thanks for posting. Stay warm!!
