Our meeting to start off our new year was short and well attended!
A new item brought up was our "New to You" table that will be available at each meeting. The idea is members will bring in quilting items that they no longer want or will use and members will take home what they DO want. One man's 'don't wants' are another man's treasure, right?
Joanne G, CMQG secretary, read the minutes of December's meeting. Joan B, CMQG Coordinator, addressed recent queries. Our workshop committee member Linda W, addressed the group with February's project of a lovely pillow cover. with samples. Following Show &Tell , a short workshop on paper Piecing was given by Jennifer S and people continued to sew for the day.
